Annabel and her family visit the town of Linlithgow on the Canal Society Fun Day and meet up with Sandy who joins in the fun. He tries to rescue some children who are in the water as he thinks that the they are in trouble but all ends well.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Helen Cormack is a part time author and a project management leader in the field of education. She has written four children’s books in the Sandy the Seal series which have been well received by younger readers. She has also completed many short stories and flash fiction pieces some of which have been published in anthologies. As well as continuing with short stories for adults, she is currently developing an anthology of short pieces on the theme of Remembered Children with fictional accounts of children who have died.
She lives in Stirling in Scotland in one of the most beautiful parts of the country and close to the Highland mountains.
